The annual Perseid Meteor Shower peaks tomorrow night (08-12-05). The perfect way to spend an August night! Detailed info at Space.comDespite my attempt at a catchy title, the only thing you should expect to duck are fireflies (depending on your location), because the odds against being struck by a meteor are (ahem) astronomical.
I'm going to find a large open dark space away from everything, and see what I can duck :)
